Summary
Disinterested, Bannu went through motions at the boarding school, without focusing on his studies. One Sunday, at the behest of his classmates, he started playing the card game. He was caught playing cards by his father, Ramesh, who happened to visit him on that day. What follows is Bannu’s guilt-driven narrative to seek an apology from his father. Ramesh had to decide whether to thrash Bannu or inspire Bannu.
